The prize draw closes at 23:59 on 12th December 2024. Entries after this date will not be counted. One entry per email address.

Ringtons will select 12 winners at random from all entries received and randomly allocate a prize from the list below. The winner will be notified via phone or email after Monday 16th December which will include further details on how to claim the prize. Winners must respond within three working days to claim the prize allowing time for the prize to be arranged/posted ahead of Christmas. If the prize hasn’t been claimed within three working days, we will reselect a winner at random, and notify a new winner.

Prize Specific T&C's

Inn Collection Group Prizes (a. afternoon tea for two at the Midland Hotel, Morcambe, b. overnight stay for two at an Inn Collection Group property):

• Prize must be booked within 14 days of notification of winning, and used within six
  months.
• Date exclusions apply at the discretion of the venue including Christmas, New Year and bank holidays.
• Booking subject to availability.
• No cash alternative.
• Additional costs may be incurred during your time at the venues and are chargeable.
• Travel to and from the properties is not included.

Afternoon tea for two at the Armathwaite Hall Hotel, Keswick:

• Booking subject to availability.
• Prize valid for 12 months.

Ringtons Standard T&C’s

By participating in this competition, entrants agree that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Participants must be 18+ and a resident of the UK.

• Employees of Ringtons Ltd are not eligible to take part and any such entries will be null and void.
• The prize is non exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• Ringtons reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
• For the purpose of sending out the prize the winners will be asked for their contact details. These contact details will only be used for sending out the prize and for any relevant communication regarding the Prize Draw. Contact details will not be used beyond this purpose, unless you agree otherwise.
• Ringtons shall use and take care of any personal data that you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation.
• Ringtons reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Ringtons Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Ringtons will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
• Ringtons accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
