Chocolate Monster Biscuits
Ingredients
- Ringtons Triple Chocolate Cookies or Brazil Nut Biscuits
- Icing sugar
- Cocoa powder
- Splash of water or milk
Method
1. Mix together equal parts icing sugar and cocoa powder, combine well.
2. Add the liquid slowly and mix until you reach a thick spreadable consistency.
3. Spread the mixture between two biscuits.
4. Decorate with edible eyes.
Iced Gingersnaps
Ingredients
- Ringtons Gingersnaps
- Icing sugar
- Splash of water or milk
- Black food colouring
- Wooden cocktail sticks
Method
1. Add a small amount of liquid to some icing sugar until you reach a thick consistency (not too thin or it will run off the biscuit). Split the mixture between two bowls.
2. Add black food colouring to one half of the mixture.
3. Layer one of the mixtures on to your biscuit, and decorate with the other colour using a spoon and a wooden cocktail stick. Get creative!
