Ingredients
- Ringtons Gingersnaps
- Milk chocolate (melted)
- Pretzels
- Edible eye decorations
- Maltesers
Method
1. Melt your milk chocolate.
2. Place your gingersnaps on a tray ready for decorating.
3. Dip the bottom half of each pretzel in to the melted chocolate and place on the top of your gingersnap to make the ears.
4. Repeat with the edible eyes, and place them at the bottom point of each pretzel.
5. Dip a Malteser in to the melted chocolate and place in the centre of the biscuit underneath the eyes.
6. Allow to cool and set. Enjoy with a Ringtons Hot Chocolate for a festive treat!
